Okay, done, good. What I noticed is that the author states the fact that WV has seen a sizable rise in the numbers of murders on the on born, but he points that that WV still has one of the lowest rate in the U.S. He then quotes a sourse to say that the date is not significant because the numbers are so small. When did one life become insignificant? What would it take? 2, 300, 40,000? Or a few million?
I don’t want ‘low numbers’; I want zero numbers.
