PJ at Sola Dei Gloria points us to an update on Todd Bentley (here), the heretic healer, the charismatic con, the fabled false prophet, the man of no sin.
First, Todd is on MySpace.

The sales now are directed through “Sound of Fire” of which Todd claims to be the company president of, but which is technically owned by Todd Bentley’s dad, Dave Bentley and his step mum.
The new Todd Bentley myspace page only started on 16th December 2008. You’ll note the continued lies about his being a healer and miracle worker on there – and his use of the present tense to describe his ‘ministry’.
It also certainly takes some nerve to write this about himself:
“He was also delivered from a lifestyle involving criminal activity, youth prisons, drugs, sex, satanic music and bondage. Todd’s miraculous conversion to Jesus was much like the Apostle Paul’s on the Damascus road. Todd was instantly transformed into a radical disciple and soul winning evangelist for Jesus.”
I’ll have to rush right over and select him as a friend – you think he’ll accept it? On Todd’s blog – they let everyone have one of these nowadays – he hints at not reconciliation or remorse, but vengence.
To proclaim the acceptable year of the LORD, and the day of vengeance of our God. . .” Vengeance is a “settling of scores” and it’s directly connected to vindication and justice! As servants of the Lord, the Spirit of the Lord is upon us to proclaim the day of vengeance of our God; and when we do, we can literally say “justice,” “vindication,” “the vengeance of God” and the moment we make that decree under the anointing, everything that is deemed by the courts of heaven as unjust, gets overturned.
I will not begin to say what’s wrong with this quote. The rest of his ‘restoration’ is merely dominionist trash.
Finally, Endtimes takes Todd’s Mistress to task, and frankly, good for her (Endtime)!

Jessa says on the page, ”I just had the best Christmas” and describes her mood as ‘excited’. [Todd on the other hand is just 'happy'. He also describes himself as single].
What? The best Christmas? By having sex with another woman’s husband and jointly living off the profits off fraud and deception? I’m glad your conscience didn’t trouble you too much to spoil this holiday season for you, Jessa!
Just what did Fresh Fire teach you, Jessa, during your internship with them? {It seems catching anyway, whatever it is, as at least one other ‘lady’ working for the ministry previously succummed and also had an affair with Todd Bentley.] Did nobody teach you to keep your underwear up, especially around married men? What prophetic nothings did Todd Bentley whisper in your ear to get you to drop your underwear for him? Sure, Todd abused his position. But you surely know better. You too are accountable. You too need to repent for your sin. And that is not just adultery in this case.
Exactly what did they teach you on your Fresh Fire internship? How to ignore scripture, endorse and promote lawlessness, have sex with your married leader, not be repentent about it…. and watch your evangelist lover deliberately lie to and fleece millions?
What kind of anointing did you think it was that lied, and was lied about? And what kind of God? Or did you even care? When you saw Todd brazenly lie, what went through your mind? Warning signs or dollar signs?
Todd said numerously at Lakeland that his marriage had been miraculously restored/healed. That he had been given instant holiness and so on and so on. And Jessa knew this was rubbish, and along with other corrupt and corupting leaders stood quietly watching on, supporting him, letting him lie while sharing his bed. This is despicable.
Todd Bentley is still and it seems, always will be, a false prophet. His doctrine is a purposed evil. He has been revealed as a con man, but people will still follow him. He ha ruined lives and promises more perdition. No, Todd is not THE False Prophet, but I would say that he shares the mold.

Okay you know you have read too many blogs when you have nightmares about the man. I have had one recurring nightmare, may have a meaning, but in my dreams he is an assassin. Only really bad part, I am the target. I take some dreams more seriously than others and this one I definitely take seriously, like he is not through and will be taking more captives.
I have read all this stuff on his myspace and facebook. My only statement is this, is this guy for real? If this is an example of the restoration process, the leaders need to be fired and others appointed to deal with him. He definitely has no clue of the damage he has done.
Poly, are you blackmailing again? lol. How much are you asking for this time? Im tired, better go to bed before I make someone mad.
