You know, his jokes make more sense than his preaching.

    MMMMMMmm, sound Bibilical Preaching Uh? you think he would win someone to come to Christ because of that teaching??? I work with a guy that is reading one of Joels books, I asked him if he believe that Joel taught what needs to be taught, He argues with me, Yes, he lets you know how to feel good about yourself,, I never knew that You were supposed to feel “good” about yourself, you are supposed to Die to your “self” and live for God… and did you notice all the people in that congregation??? talk about leading the sheep astray! I pray that people will come to know these wolves for what they really are….

    Correct me if I am wrong, but doesn’t sorrow push you to repentance? Didn’t Paul say to die daily? This is not to say that we are to walk around sorrowful, but the best peace that I have is when I have repented.

    Deb, it seems to me that Joel preaches a superficial gospel, like cosmetic surgery. What better peace is there than to know that you stand with clear account before God?
