    Amen to this! We could simply devote ourselves to the Christian Church Fathers, and never go completely wrong. They are not infallible, but as to the grace and glory…in the face of the redemptive Christ? AWESOME!

      Yes, I tend to agree. Not a fan of Basil, it does not dismiss the fact that this statement is filled with more truth than some books which have been written.
