George Tannous claims that the walls of his Guildford house in Sydney’s west have been covered in miraculous oil since the death of his son Michael in late 2006, and says that Michael is a messenger from God. Tannous claims that many miracles have occurred in the house, and late last year said that Michael should be made a saint.
Police yesterday charged George Tannous with six counts of credit card fraud, the fraud alleged to have begun in early 2007. It will be interesting to hear Tannous’ explanation for this.
