Well, thank God for that, but honestly?
An 11-year-old girl in the Northeast recently gave birth to a baby boy, according to the girl’s family.
“My daughter and baby are fine, and the baby is absolutely beautiful,” stated the girl’s mother.
The girl and her family are not being named in order to protect the girl’s privacy.
According to Dr. Manny Alvarez, managing health editor of FoxNews.com, the girl’s age places her in significant dangers
“A very comprehensive approach to her care needs to be instituted early in her pregnancy,” Alvarez said.
A recent report by the Guttmacher Institute said U.S. teen pregnancies were up 3 percent in 2006

Oh, Jim is a scrappy one, he is, and for some reason this latest exchange is reminding me of some sort of story about eyes and planks and specks. While Jim treats the substitution of the word “stole” for the word “kidnapped” as a deep sin, while at the same time not seeming to see anything wrong with his own presumption that he knows the inner motivations of the child-stealers. Tsk tsk. And why would he claim that an atheist has some specific dislike for baptists? Why not Christians in general?
Anyhoo, as to the 11-year-old giving birth thing, a 9-year-old gave birth a few short days ago in China: http://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/worldnews/article-1247889/Chinese-girl-9-gives-birth-health-baby-boy.html.
And if we assume a no gaps in the chronology of Kings, Ahaz began to rule at 20 years old, dying 16 years later at 36. His son Hezekiah began to rule at 25 years old, making him just 9 years younger than his father.
But I begin to ramble. Cheers!

From what I understand, the youngest girl to have a child was 6, in Peru in the 30’s I believe.
