Gary Skinner’s Watoto supports anti-gay legislation in Uganda

A census by Australian gay website samesame.com.au has found that 28% of gay men and 22% of lesbians are Christian compared to the Australian Census 2006 that shows 58% of the general population aged 15 to 44 are Christian.

Steven Anderson brings the Gospel of Hate to PrimeTime

Remember Steven Anderson? He is adamant that everyone but the ‘Steve Andersons’ of the world are wicked. Well, MSNBC is now giving him air time, comparing him to congregations who are coming together during this tough time. Calling him an extremist does nothing but build his case. He is now on the internet screaming that the President is the Devil, of all things. This much hate from one man does nothing but destroy, himself and others. We know the evil of abortion, and we know the politics of it – but unlike this man, we should urge for a dialogue to end abortion without laws. (Tell me, when do laws prevent anything?) And frankly, I don’t have enough hate in me to ask God to first kill and then send that person to hell.

Focus on the Family drops ex-gay program, faces budget shortfall

Focus on the Family, James Dobson’s anti-LGBT empire and the largest organization in the religious right, announced earlier this week that it would be selling off its ex-gay therapy program called “Love Won Out.” The organization says it’s part of an effort to downsize in the wake of record profit losses of nearly $6 million. The news comes days after the nation’s largest psychological organization released a report condemning ex-gay therapies.
